These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases made via the Anumoon website (the “Site”), operated by Abigail Sweet, trading as Anumoon, a sole trader based in Ireland. By placing an order on the Site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services Offered
Anumoon offers the following types of digital and service-based products:
- Self-paced online courses
- Recorded personal tarot readings, delivered via email
- Live 1:1 sessions (Tarot and/or Reiki), conducted online
These services are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. No guarantees of specific outcomes are offered or implied.
2. Prices & Taxes
All prices are listed in EUR.
Anumoon is not currently VAT-registered. Prices are VAT-exempt under the Irish small business threshold.
Buyers outside of Ireland are responsible for any additional local taxes or fees.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at the time of purchase. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. Anumoon does not store your payment details.
Accepted payment methods: Cards, Paypal, GooglePay, ApplePay

5. Cancellations, Refunds & Right of Withdrawal
By purchasing, you give your express consent to begin immediate digital delivery.
You acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.

- By purchasing, you give explicit consent to begin immediate access.
- No refunds are available for these products.
- You acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once delivery has begun.
✦ Recorded Tarot Readings
- By purchasing, you give your express consent for delivery to begin within the 14-day window of withdrawl.
- You acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once delivery has begun.
- No refunds are issued after the reading has been completed or delivered.
✦ Live 1:1 Sessions (Tarot/Reiki)
- By booking, you give your express consent for delivery to begin at the scheduled session time.
- You acknowledge that this means you waive your 14-day right of withdrawal under EU consumer law once the session has begun.
- Cancellations or rescheduling are accepted up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- No refunds or credits are offered for missed sessions or late cancellations.
6. Order Corrections
If you make a mistake in your order, you may request a correction by emailing help@anumoon.com within 24 hours of purchase. After this window, your order is considered final.
7. Intellectual Property
All content provided through Anumoon, including course materials, readings, and live session content, remains the intellectual property of Abigail Sweet. You may not reproduce, distribute, or share this content without written permission.

9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and by applicable European Union consumer protection laws.
10. Contract Storage
This agreement is not stored individually for each customer but may be requested by email following purchase. A copy of the Terms & Conditions in force at the time of purchase will be provided upon request.
11. Agreement & Consent
By placing an order on this Site, you confirm that:
- You are over 18 years of age (or have the legal capacity to purchase)
- You have read and agree to these Terms
- You provide explicit consent to begin service delivery immediately (for digital products), and acknowledge the waiver of cancellation rights where applicable

Delivery & Communication
- It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is entered correctly at checkout.
- You will receive your reading or digital materials via email — please check your inbox, spam, and promotions folders if you haven’t received anything within the expected timeframe.

Digital Products & Courses
- All materials are for your personal use only and may not be shared, redistributed, or used commercially.
- For self-paced courses and digital downloads, you will be provided with access links or log-in credentials at the time of purchase or via follow-up email.
- Please store your access details safely, and note that purchasing a course does not grant unlimited support unless explicitly stated.
