Self-Paced Courses
- Access to courses is granted immediately after purchase.
- By purchasing, you give your explicit consent to begin delivery straight away.
- This means you waive your legal right to cancel, and no refunds are available once access is provided.
Recorded Personal Tarot Readings
- You may cancel within 24 hours of purchase, provided the reading has not already been completed.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to: help@anumoon.com.
- Once your reading has been delivered, refunds are no longer possible.
Live 1:1 Sessions (Tarot / Reiki)
- You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- Cancellations made later than this are non-refundable.
- Missed appointments (no-shows) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
Order Errors
- If you made a mistake in your order, please email me at help@anumoon.com within 24 hours of purchase, and I will do my best to correct it.
